This is the recording of an important conversation I had back in 2021 with a blogger friend for mine Katy from What Katy Said. As a woman in her 30s she had just been diagnosed with ADHD, so Katy joined me for an Instagram live chat to share the signs and symptoms to look out for, as it seems they are often missed in women and girls.
The conversation blew my mind. Never before this moment had it entered my mind that I may have ADHD, but every point she said resonated with me in some way.
Since this Instagram live, I cannot tell you hoe many messages I have had from women saying that following this conversation, they have since sought an assessment and been diagnosed with ADHD. The audio and video quality is not up to my usual video standard as it is taken from Instagram, but I felt it was too important not to share.
