Mindfulness Activities For Kids With Free Printables

Teaching your children how to be mindful will give them the tools to cope with stress, upset, anxiety and worry that they come across as they grow up. But how can you teach your kids how to be mindful?

I have put together some free printables for you and your children. There are different activities aimed at different ages and each can be adapted to best suit you and your children.

Use these mindfulness printables to help your children open up about their worries and in turn process and deal with whatever is troubling them. Practising mindfulness will leave your children happier and calmer. These mindfulness activities will teach your kids valuable skills that they will be able to into teenage years and adulthood.

How To Use The Activities

The activities in this kit can be used by children of all ages. Smaller children can draw what they are feeling, or tell their thoughts to you for you to write down for them. Older children can sketch, write in notes or paragraphs about their troubles.

There is no right or wrong way to do these activities and by no means do your children have to complete all of them. I’d suggest printing off each activity and allowing your child to choose the one they are most drawn to that day.

Do these activities with your child and see what comes up. These activities are a lovely way to encourage your child to open up about their worries so that you are able to gently guide them to be able to find some mental calmness.

Printing Made Easy With The Epson EcoTank

The EcoTank printer range is fundamentally different from most printers – featuring a large ink tank that you fill with the included ink bottles instead of cartridges.

From the start, you have enough ink to print up to an impressive 14,000 pages – saving both money and time as you’re not frequently changing cartridges. The set-up is simple, and refilling is mess-free.
