Welcome to our Alton Towers Scarefest 2024 adventure! 🎃 After checking into the Enchanted Village, we kicked off the evening at a special Phalanx event where they showcased their latest scientific endeavours—until a breach forced us to evacuate to the park for rides in the dark! While Will and I tackled the big rides, Zara, who was too small for them, collected a ‘no scare’ lanyard for people with autism, ensuring scare performers wouldn’t approach her. After the rides, Daddy Of Four took the girls back to the Enchanted Village, but Will and I were rounded up, arrested, and thrown into The Compound—Alton Towers’ biggest and scariest new maze for 2024. It was our first-ever scare maze—was it too scary for us? Stay tuned to find out, and hear my tips for surviving scare mazes!
