Online Check In
30 days before you sail you will be required to complete an online check in. For the check in you will need the following.

You will have to submit a head and shoulders image of each passenger travelling, regardless of age.
Vaccination proof
All adults over the age of 18 will need to have received both doses of the covid 19 vaccine and proof of vaccination status will need to be uploaded.
PCR Tests
As I discussed in my initial know before you go video, all children under 18 will need to provide a negative PCR test, in addition to the lateral flow test at the port for all passengers.

The Disney Cruise Line has a rotational dining system where you are allocated where you will eat each night. You will have the option to choose the main or later dining seating within your Disney Navigator app.
Bookable Activities
There are a number of things that you need to think about booking before your cruise.
Show
30 days before you sail you will have the opportunity to book the show, which is included in your ticket price.
The show on the Disney Magic UK Staycations is Disney Dreams, in which Peter Pan takes the audience on a magical adventure to meet many beloved Disney characters.
Kids Club
Booking for the kids club also opens 30 days before sailing.
Payable Activities
There are a number of paid for activities that you can chose to book before sailing. These activities are available to book 60 days before you sail once your balance is paid in full.
Photo Pass
You can save money on a photo pass by booking before embarkation.
Parking At The Port
If you are arriving by car, you will need to book parking for while you are on the cruise.
Accommodation For The Night Beofre
If you live a fair distance from the port, it is worth considering staying over the night before. This will avoid being stuck in traffic and risking missing the sailing. It will also mean that you are fresher for embarkation.
Car Checks
Before commencing your journey, carry put the usual car checks, such as tyres & oil levels, to ensure that your vehicle is road worthy to get you safely to your cruise.
Pet Sitter
If you have pets, make sure that you have arranged someone to take care of them while you are gone.
House Sitter
Before going away, nominate someone to look after your property. This could mean someone moving in to look after the house, or just someone with a key to call in and check that all is well.
Travel Insurance
Check that your travel insurance is up to date and is comprehensive enough for your needs.
Prescriptions & Medication
Order any repeat prescriptions that you or your family members may need during your trip or just after you return.
Time Off Work
If you are employed, you will need to complete a holiday request form to arrange your annual leave. If you are self employed, you need to make necessary arrangements in order for your nosiness to run in your absence or close while you are away. Don’t forget to set up out of office email replies before you go.
