Since undertaking our complete start to finish home renovation project and redecorating our new grey and white master bedroom, I’ve had so many questions about all of the wallpaper, furniture and organisation items that I have used. Today I am sharing all of the elements that have come together to create our grey and white master bedroom, so if you are looking for ideas and inspiration for your own bedroom, keep reading or watch the video below.

Ottoman Bed

We have a kind sized ottoman bed in grey with extra storage. I am delighted with the bed, especially the amount of space underneath to store items that would otherwise be cluttering up the house. The bed was gifted to me by Arista Living for the purpose of an honest review and I can honestly say that I am happy to recommend it to anyone.

Packing Cubes
There is no use having all of that amazing storage under the bed if it’s not organised! I use these packing cubes to pack away off season clothes and other things that I do not need immediately.
Mattress
We went for an Emma mattress and it is unbelievably comfortable.
Mattress Protector
There is no point in having an amazing mattress, only to have to ruined by stains and spills, especially when you have kids. I have 2 of these mattress protectors, one on the bed and the other in the wash, so our mattress is always protected.

Cushions & Throws
All off the cushions and throws in our bedroom were purchased in the Range. For full details of which one I bought, checkout the video below.
Ceiling Light Fitting

Echo Dot
We have an Alexa Echo in our bedroom, as well as a number of other rooms ion our home. We use the Echos for listening to music & audiobooks, as well as voice controlling the lights.
Smart Plugs

The bedside lights in our bedroom have been turned into “smart lights” that can be controlled by Alexa using these plugs. I also have one controlling my hairdryer, straighteners and dressing table lights. This way I know that when I have asked Alexa to “turn dressing table off” there is no reason to panic that I may have left my straighteners on.
Hair Tool Organiser
My hair tool organiser has been a game changer. Although I could easily leave it on my dressing table, I have chosen to store it underneath to keep the top of the table free. It is an idea way to store my hair tools, even when they are still hot.
Wallpaper

The wallpaper in our bedroom is called Pixie Dust, my girls also have the Pixie Dust in Pink in their bedrooms.
Mirrored Wardrobe Doors

My husband built the frames of the wardrobe and maximise space by creating built in wardrobes. These are the doors that we choose to complete them, they were inexpensive but I am pleased with them.
Dressing Table

My dressing table and drawers are all from IKEA’s MALM range. The lights and mirror are from IKEA too.
