It’s been a full-on week — from ballet classes and school show rehearsals to running my mealtime workshop and getting stuck into some exciting new printable projects. I’m bringing you along for the ride with a good old-fashioned weekly vlog and a bit of a life update.
I also share some new activewear I’ve picked up recently (some of which I already love so much I’ve ordered in more colours 🙈), and I need your help choosing between a couple of dresses for a cheeky little date night. Come vote in the comments and let me know your fave!
✨ In this vlog:
• Real-life mum routines with ADHD
• The return of ballet (and why I’m doing it just for me)
• My current comfy-but-cute activewear picks
• A new backpack that’s ACTUALLY practical
• Walking pad setup + productivity tips
• Mealtime workshop highlights
• New planner ideas for kids & mental health
Here are a few of the links to items I mentioned in the video, in case you’d like to take a closer look or grab them for yourself.

Organised Life Club
In the video, I mentioned that I’ve been running some live workshops inside my Organised Life Club. If you’ve not heard of it before, the Organised Life Club is my membership designed to help busy, often neurodivergent mums create calm through simple systems and routines that actually work. Each month, we focus on organising a different area of our lives with a practical workshop, a live planning session (using our monthly printable planner), and bonus resources to make things easier. It’s all about making life feel that little bit more manageable, one step at a time.
My Podcast
I also mentioned in the video that I’ve been doing some live chats over on my YouTube channel. These chats now form part of my newly rebranded Organised Life Podcast (previously called Real Talk With Rhi). I’ve moved the podcast back to my main YouTube channel so everything’s in one place, and you can also tune in wherever you usually listen to your podcasts. Just check out the links below to listen, watch, or catch up.
Outfits Of The Day
In this vlog, I tried to get back into the habit of sharing my outfit of the day. Below, I’ve linked the pieces I mentioned I was wearing — perfect for comfy working-from-home days, ballet classes, or just general mum life!
Day 1 Outfit
Lululemon Scuba Oversized Full-Zip Hoodie
Pink Velvet Dust Long Sleeve Active Top
Crisscross Backless Cropped Yoga Tank Top – Peachskin
Black CRZ Yoga Leggings With Pockets (Lululemon Dupes)
Day 2 Outfit
Supersoft Boat Neck Top – Black
Crz Yoga Flared Leggings – Black
My black Crazy Yoga flares are one of those wardrobe staples I just keep reaching for. The fabric is incredible — really soft, totally non-see-through, and they’ve got just the right amount of stretch. They fit like an absolute glove, with a lovely high waist that feels supportive without digging in. There’s a secret pocket at the back which, while not as practical as a side-leg pocket for popping your phone in, definitely looks sleeker. They wash brilliantly, they’re super comfy for everything from working at my desk to going for a walk — and best of all, they’re totally affordable.
Crisscross Backless Cropped Yoga Tank Top – Black
Day 3 Outfit
Supersoft Boat Neck Top – Navy

Butterluxe Waist Length Built-in Bra Tank – Navy

Crz Yoga Flared Leggings – Navy
Epic New Bag For Days Out With Loads Of Pockets
Say hello to my brand new go-to bag for days out with the kids, ballet runs, or basically any time I need to bring a bit more with me. It’s the Athena bag from Popflex, and I am obsessed. It’s so well-built, really multifunctional, and has loads of pockets — which, let’s face it, is an ADHD mum’s dream. It fits everything I need without becoming a bottomless pit, and it somehow manages to be practical and gorgeous at the same time. Total winner.
Walking Pad
One of the best things I’ve added to my home office setup lately is my walking pad. It’s been a total game-changer for getting some movement in during the day, especially when I’m editing videos or stuck on my laptop for hours. It slides neatly under my sit-stand desk, so I can easily swap between sitting, standing, and walking depending on my energy levels. I love how it helps me stay active without needing to carve out a separate chunk of time — I can literally walk while I work, which is perfect for my ADHD brain that thrives on momentum and movement.
Whether you work from home like I do or you just want to get a bit healthier and sneak in a few more steps, a walking pad is such a good investment. I use mine not just while I’m working at my desk, but also when I’m catching up on life admin on my phone or even watching a bit of Netflix. It’s genuinely the easiest way I’ve found to get more movement into my day without it feeling like a big deal. Just walking while I do what I’d already be doing anyway — game changer.
Clothing Haul
As I mentioned in the vlog, I have previously been gifted a voucher by Halara, but this little haul is all made up of pieces I’ve bought myself — along with a few others I’ve ordered recently that aren’t shown in this video. There’s also a bonus dress from Amazon in the mix too. I just wanted to share a few of the bits I’ve picked up recently because they’ve been fab for mum life — comfy, practical, and easy to throw on whether I’m heading out or working from home.
Butterluxe Ruched Midi Dress Black
I love this dress — it’s made from the same dreamy Butterluxe fabric as my CRZ Yoga flared leggings. The high-neck style gives it a sleek look, and the fabric is so soft and flattering, with a lovely drape that makes it feel effortlessly put together.
Square Neck Ruched Dress – Black
I think this square-neck dress might just be my new favourite. The corset-style top gives it such a flattering shape, and the fabric is soft, drapey, and hangs beautifully. It also has a built-in bra — which is always a win — and it comes in so many gorgeous colours that I’m honestly tempted to get one in every shade. It’s just that good.
Ballet Barre Crossover Tank Top – Blue
I have this top in white and black already, it’s gorgeous.
UltraSculpt High Waisted Bootcut Leggings Black

Crisscross Backless Cropped Yoga Tank Top – White
Did I already have this criss-cross back yoga top in both peach skin and black — and did you spot me wearing one of them earlier in the vlog? Yes, I absolutely did. Did I order it in white as well because I love the shape, fit, and feel of it that much? Also yes. It’s one of those wardrobe staples that just works — comfy, flattering, and perfect for everything from working out to everyday mum life.
