Pixie Dust
Goodie Bags
Goodie bags can be filled with whatever you like, but pre wrapped sweets in either individual servings or small bags work great. The pre wrapped sweets ensure that everyone knows health and safety standards have been met. It’s also especially nice when gifting UK specific sweets to people who are not from the UK so that they can try something new. Guests and cast members in Florida were all excited to sample the “UK candies”.

The Bags
I like these bags as they as a great size and come with pretty bows. You can create tags of your own to say who the pixie dust is from if you like. I tend to include one of my cards which has all of my details on it.
Sweets We Include
Here are a selection of sweets that we have previously included in Pixie Dust bags. We tip them into baskets on the dining room table and create a mini Pixie Dust production line ahead of our trips.
Bracelets
The girls love to make bracelets to pixie dust to people too. You could include them in the pixie dust bags, but we tend to either wear a few at a time on or wrists to pass on or carry some in a clear pencil case inside one of our bags. Remember to make various sizes to accommodate wrists of all sizes.

For most of our trips the girls have made pastel bracelets that include Mickey shaped beads.

For our cruise on board the Disney Dream in 2024, the girls also made Magical Message Bracelets. These bracelets have a Disney related word or short phrase and colours that coordinate to the phrase or character mentioned.

Sunscreen is a cruising must! I like the 8 hour Soltan Protect & Swim sunscreen as it offers brilliant protection for long periods.

This one was a bit of a wildcard pick for me — I don’t normally go for longer, flowy skirts, but wow… I’m so glad I tried it.
The Breezeful™ Ruffle Maxi Skirt in Ballad Blue is elegant, floaty, and honestly feels like you’re gliding around the house in a Disney princess moment. It has that beautiful high-low hem that gives it movement, but still has the practical features I need — built-in shorts, and a waistband that holds me in without digging.
White Barre Top
This one is giving serious balletcore elegance — and I’m absolutely here for it.
The U-Neck Backless Crossover Barre Ballet Dance Tank Top is beautifully structured, a little more formal-looking than the criss-cross version, and offers even more built-in support. I tried it in white, which gives a clean, minimalist feel — but it would also pair beautifully with bold bottoms like black or bright pink for a high-contrast outfit.

Hot Pink Dress
The attached shorts underneath aren’t stitched at the sides like some other brands — so you can actually pull them down to go to the loo without undressing. That alone makes this a mum-friendly win if, like me, you often have tiny humans with you in public toilets.
The back is absolutely gorgeous — with a twisted strap design that looks fab but still feels supportive. There’s a built-in bra that I’d say gives light to medium support. Personally, I don’t trampoline or do HIIT (ADHD and bouncing don’t mix), but for walking, working from home, or even ballet and Pilates, it’s ideal.
✨ Hot Pink (Standard Length)
This colour made me so happy. Yes, it’s a short dress, but because of the built-in shorts, I didn’t feel exposed. It’s my top pick of the three in terms of colour — bright, fun, and brilliant for holidays or just feeling good at home. The fabric is breathable, soft, and lightweight — perfect for warmer weather or working up a sweat on my walking pad.

This one feels a bit Barbiecore-meets-practical-mum — and I’m here for it. Again, separate shorts, super comfy fit, and it looks more like a cute casual summer dress than something you’d normally associate with “activewear.” It’s giving “I’ve got my life together” energy (even if I haven’t slept properly in a week).
I found stepping into this dress easier than pulling it over my head — especially with the pretty back detail. One of those good-to-know tips before you wrestle yourself into it!
